User Conduct

Guidelines for platform use: respectful behavior is required in all workshops and when submitting work. Harassment, plagiarism, or misuse of materials will result in immediate termination of access.

Course Policies

Attendance expectations and IP rights: students retain full rights to their 3D models, VR projects, and portfolio submissions. Layal Canvas retains rights to course content and materials. We may feature student work in our gallery with permission.

Payments

Refunds and cancellations: full refund within 7 days of the first session. Installment plans available for courses over EGP 4,000.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all content, courses, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.
